Magic Bullet Mini, High Speed Blender and Mixer

Introducing the Magic Bullet Mini Blender

Most people feel that this is perhaps the best mini blender available. With all the features and blending power of a traditional Magic Bullet blender, only in a more space-saving design, it is a force to be reckoned with. In fact, it is powerful enough to make smoothies in approximately 10-seconds. Can you think of any breakfast or dessert that could be ready faster?

Our Review for Best Mini Blenders

One of the biggest things we love about this little blender is its size. No one can ever complain about a blender that measures just 9 x 5 x 9-inches overall. It also weighs just-3.27 pounds. This makes it a great option for storing or leaving out on the counter, even if you have a small kitchen or live in a dorm room.

It comes with two mixing jars. One is a 13-ounce and the other is 8-ounces. Both are BPA-Free, so you do not have to worry about using them when prepping your smoothies and shakes. They are also easy to clean with just a little soap and water.

The stainless-steel blending blades are sharp. There are four blades that you simply screw onto the top of your blending cup. When you are finished blending, you remove the blade and enjoy your smoothie either in the container or with a to-go lid if you are in a hurry to head off to work.

This blender does have a cord that is kind of small in comparison to other blenders. It measures only 2.3-feet long. However, for most people, there should be a power outlet that you can use easily with that amount of cord.

Using this mini blender is quite easy. You simply put the blade on the cup and press it into the base until you feel it lock into position. Then you press down on the blending cup. This gives you the pulse action that keeps you in control of how much it blends. If you want a perfectly smooth blender, you can also turn the cup slightly and it will stay on. The blade spins at approximately 21,400 RPMs giving it plenty of power to blend kale, carrots, and other firm vegetables and fruit. This begins with its 200-watt motor, which is a little small compared to some others, but still ample for its overall size.

If you are wondering what’s in the box, you will be happy to know that you get the base, the two blending cups, a resealable lid, a lip ring, the 4-prong blade, and a manual as well as a recipe guide to give you inspiration.

The one issue that some people may have with it is that it is a little loud. This is a common problem for all blenders, not just this one. However, it does have a noise level of approximately 91.2dB.

This little blender comes with a one-year warranty. This gives you the ability to seek help if you have any problems with your Mini blender.

  • How Does the Mini Bullet Blender Compare?

Now that you know a little about the Mini Bullet, you likely want to know if it is worth considering or if there is a better option out there. In our opinion, it really depends on what you want from your blender. If affordability and tiny size is your biggest motivator, then this is a great option. However, we must admit that for some people, it is better to have more power. This is why we looked at both the original Magic Bullet and another popular brand, the NutriBullet NBR-1201.

The Magic Bullet has 250-watts of power. It measures 4.01 x 4.48 x 11.61-inches, proving that it is comparable in size. The 11-piece set includes blending cups, to-go lids, lip rings, a spill-proof lid, and more. The blending cups can hold approximately 2 1/4 cups of liquid and 1 1/4 cups of liquid respectively. The cups are dishwasher safe. Everything else should be rinsed with soapy water or wiped off.

The NutriBullet is much larger in size at 12.87 x 9 x 13-inches. However, it has a 600-watt motor. You will also get two blending blades and several other accessories. Included cups are 24-ounces and 18-ounces, giving you plenty of healthy goodness. These blenders have dishwasher-safe parts as long as you put them on the top rack. They are also covered by a 1-year limited warranty. The downside is that with the more powerful motor and larger cup sizes, you will also see an increase in price.

Final Thoughts on the Magic Bullet Mini

Of all the Magic Bullet reviews that are available for both the original and the mini, we have to say that this blender is definitely one to consider. It has enough power to handle most things, especially if you add a little water to the mixture. We like that it works quickly and can handle a variety of different foods with ease. Our hope is that you are half as impressed by it as we are.
